### Deleted some local users on Pleroma from the database

I deleted some local users on Pleroma from the database since the user registration function was unintentionally enabled.

First I executed ./bin/pleroma_ctl user rm <nickname> and ./bin/pleroma_ctl user delete_activities <nickname> as described in the documentation, but then noticed the users weren’t deleted, just deactivated.

As noted in this issue, there is no command to delete a user from the database for security reasons. But in this case, no new user with the same name will be created as the user registration function is disabled now, so I deleted the users from the database with reference to https://gist.github.com/VyrCossont/ce897c985aa093c571a412b45f6dd9c6.
